GOOD VALUE
ROOM CLEAN & NEAT, BEDDING CLEAN AND NEAT EXCEPT BED COVER NOT CLEAN. LEFT IT ON FLOOR. WI-FI WORKED GOOD. BREAKFAST OK. ON SECOND DAY WE WENT OUT FOR A REAL BREAKFAST. STAFF FRIENDLY AND TRYING TO PLEASE

good for the $$$
Staff was excellent & helpful. Only criticism was that it was hard to locate behind a mobil gas station right off the I 83 freeway.

Average - different from nice picture
Stayed 3 days - Thurs, Fri, and Sat. The room is very small for my wife, 1 month old baby and I - no space for cribs. I thought that the room was completey renovated but it was not. Some of the bathroom fixtures are old. Laundry room is closed. Floor near AC area is wet... Flat TV was the only nice feature. Breakfast was okay.

Good value, good location
This hotel is very conveniently located right off the highway behind the service station. There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was more than enough. Currently they are installing a fitness room. I will defintely stay here again when in the ALbany area.

If your looking for something to do for a few hours, the crossgates mall is a short drive away and has many options.

Quick overnight stay
The rooms are very small and designed primarily for sleeping, showering, and getting dressed, not for doing business as there was no desk nor any chairs. The room provided everything I needed for a quick overnight rest. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It did offer free wi-fi, but had to use the computer sitting in bed, which I don't care to do. There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up and down the staircase. The continental breakfast was adequate, but there were only two small tables in the small lobby area. There was also no parking space available in front of the reception area for checking in, so I had to find another parking space around the back of the building, and then walk around to the registration entrance. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I like very much that it a pet-friendly hotel for only $10. I did not have a pet with me but I will remember this next time I do have to travel with a fur child.

Business trip
Only stayed there a couple of nights as I was in on business. Hotel is clean and is close to the airport. Rooms are kind of on the small side, so not recommeded for a family, but for a single guy on the go who's only going to be in town for a couple of nights is was a perfectly nice place to stay and very convenient to everything in Albany.
