very family friendly

The room is very comfortable although there shows some dust at top of coffe maker, it could not change any of the room's ... qulity. The bathroom seems pretty organze, especially the line for hanging the cleaning wet clothes. The enviroment seems very clean, I like the huge chess in the front garden very much. The western style restaurant very special but the food seems too salty for my family. We love the prospect Dinner besides your hotel very much.

I highly recommend. This was our first time staying here. The view of the lake was beautiful. Needed to go no where. The ... pools were nice ...lots to do. At night we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub.

Our room was located on the first floor near the arcade and pool area. It was noisy late at night and early in the morning. ... We had hoped for a view of the Adirondacks and ended up with a view of the bushes outside and the shuffleboard court. The staff did not appear to care about our concerns and did nothing to accomodate us.

This hotel was not only situated in the greatest place the people that were working there were wonderful and very helpful. ... The rooms, hallways and grounds were well kept and the view was superb!! We didn't even know there was construction going on. We are now making plans to stay there again during the ski season.
