Great location and great service. Very friendly and clean.

Totally fine. We stayed midweek, off season as a break on the way to Quebec. I was impressed. It was the nicest holiday in I've stayed in. The bunny rabbit towels on the bed were unexpected. Everything was clean and the staff was nice. I can imagine it's one of the more premium, nicer places to stay in Lake George. Only downside: no free breakfast. The restaurant wasn't super expensive, though, and they cooked everything to order very fast.

Great Location. Wonderful service, unfortunately I didn't realize that the businesses in the area are mostly closed after the Labor Day weekend during the week days. Nice if someone would have told me that.Also, we had to cut our trip short by two days because of the weather and the hotel informed me that I could not get my money back because I made the reservations through [...] and not directly through them. I also learned that I could have paid less if I had gone through the hotel.[...]

I thought the room rate was a little high for off-season, but the Hotel was spotless, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was so quiet you'd swear we were the only guests in the entire place. The location was perfect, within walking distance of most of the places we were there to visit. We will definitely be returning next year.

Visit for niece's high school graduation; very impressed with quality of rooms, lobby, restaurant; very impressed with employees Re: quality of work, friendliness, eagerness to correct any problems- but, room service employee was not familiar with pricing of meals and what that price includes- overcharged us- that said- management corrected this immediately without any difficulties. Beautiful views and property very well-maintained. Short distance from main highway- although some difficulty in finding hotel as address not in my Garmin- certainly not hotel's fault! Hotel is easily located on main street ie Canada St, Rt 9.

The Hotel was great, nice and clean, quiet, nice area. A little far, but the walk was ok. no sidewalk part way on a busy road. Front desk very nice. The happy hour wasn't as good as they boosted about and the bartendar was unfriendly and a little rude. She seemed to only be interested in the regulars that go their every week.

Everything was great. Just the price that is not adjusted with the installation.

Hotel was nice for families. It was rated 4 stars but I would give it 3 stars. Breakfast wasn't good at all. I was surprised when I got charged for local calls ( 0.64$ a min because I ordered food in my room) Staff was friendly

The room is very comfortable although there shows some dust at top of coffe maker, it could not change any of the room's qulity. The bathroom seems pretty organze, especially the line for hanging the cleaning wet clothes. The enviroment seems very clean, I like the huge chess in the front garden very much. The western style restaurant very special but the food seems too salty for my family. We love the prospect Dinner besides your hotel very much.
