- Traditions Ballroom Maximum Capacity 300 Guests. The ballroom is bathed in warm hues of sage, cream and gold, which are enhanced by the beautiful lighting fixtures and scenes along with matching gold chairs and a dance floor. The ballroom foyer has been converted into a beautiful sitting room. It still boasts the original crown molding, decorative ceiling and working fireplace of the original mansion. The Spalding Dining Room has a Maximum Capacity for 75 Guests. The elegant room is perfect for smaller, more intimate events. It is complimented by the original working fireplace and spectacular view of the Susquehanna Valley. This room complete with a bar, cocktails tables and its own fireplace.

Beautiful location, perfect for adults or families with older children
This was a beautiful setting! A clean and comfortable room with extremely pleasant & helpful staff. We were here for a local basketball tournament and rooms were tough to get. we were pleasantly surprised. This place is not geared for children and we did not spend a significant amount of time on the grounds, but it was an overall good experience!

WOW
What a delight! Beautiful clean rooms! Rolling hills, and friendly staff! Although, the eggs for the continental breakfast were terrible. Dinner took almost an hour, but worth the wait! Caitlyn, (our server in the restaurant) was fantastic! She would do great as a server in New York City! Very knowledgeable about the wines. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful as well. The spa is to die for!!! My husband and I can't wait to come back in the summer to golf!

Best place to stay in tri-cities, by far
This is a great, historical, well managed, clean, fun resort/hotel with golf and a spa too. The best Sunday buffet around (the food was delicious) and the staff couldn't be nicer. [...] checked us in and was ever gracious and included the buffet tickets for our stay as noted on the reservation. [...] in the dining room was outstanding as were the three servers in the dining room and the two cooks were friendly and pleasent.I found the entire front desk staff to be very helpful and furnished a map and directions for me.This place is a bargain and a gem. It is the only place I would stay in the Endicott/Johnson City area. Don't miss this opportunity to enjoy one of the 41 rooms. I had room #2106 a suite thanks to a free upgrade at check-in.Enjoy this hotel, you will not be disappointed. Make sure you know where it is located as it is just a bit hard to find.
