Great staff. Clean room. Great location from the airport and 30 to 40 mins to anywhere in NY

Low cost hotel in Queens with the perfect location. Across the street from the JFK Airtrain, NYC Subway system abd NY Rail System.

I’m speaking as a person who did not have a car, who walked and used public transportation to get around NYC. Stayed 6 nights early October 2011, location is great for the air train from JFK $ 5.00. The end of the Air Train line is at a main subway stop which is a one block walk from the motel. The hotel, rooms and breakfast, were very good, all of the staff treated us very well. No microwave or refrigerators in rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the hotel by it's self. However, there are no decent sit down restaurants within walking distant, and the neighborhood at the subway stop at Archer Ave. & Sutphin Bl is somewhat seedy, but, there are a lot of police lingering in the area. Bottom line, the hotel by its self I'd give it 4 stars and it's proximity to the air train and subway is excellent.

The hotel has a parking space issue, but when I got there around 3am, theovernight shift attendant remove his car and gave me his parking spot. he did not have to, but dit it out of courtesy.

When you first got off the elevator---the hallwa carpet was filthy and dusty-----the room had a stain on floor---looked nasty---i called the front desk and he said he would send someone to look at it---no one ever came to check out the nasty looking stain on carpet---looked fresh----i again asked the staff for someone and they said someone would be there---no one ever came---very disappointing

Thanks to the staff at this Quality Inn, my stay was a great one. Everyone was very courteous and very helpful. Keep up the great work everyone.

Hotel is next to the Long Island Railroad Jamaica Station, very convenient, although not a great neighborhood. There's no shuttle to the Airport except the Air Train which is 6 bucks.
