staff - was helpful, quick when asked for extra towels for room, friendly. room - clean, did not have a hair dryer, does not have a microwave, a bit on the small side, but cozy for a simple night away. check out - late check out is available, however quite expensive breakfast - was not very tasty, didn't have a wide selection.

Dirty, breakfast was cheap and not good. Staff was not friendly. Railroad in the back with frequent trains. Far away from the city.

didn't like being near a railroad,area wasn't where i would stay at.. the room was cleaned each day. the rubber on the stairs were coming apart. can become a lawsuit if someone got their shoe caught. i would not care to stay there again but the check in clerks were very helpful and cooperative.i just didn't like the location.

This hotel wasnt the best, but the staff made up for it. Very nice and helpful!! The price was good and location perfect for where I needed to be..Transportation very close,busses and train very local.. Theres a movie theater near by and shopping places.. I had a great time with friends and felt safe in neiborhood..Its about 25-30 min train ride to Time Square (Manhattan)

The stay was ok cs was as anyother Good hotel, rooms need fridge,cofee maker big dwn fall and can be alittle better with how the rooms smell it was alittle unpleasant but other than that rooms are a good size and confi parking is a plus also and the stay was not bad ,quiet and u can sleep at night :)

not good - horrible location; nowhere near subway. I have nothing else to say but this stupid review system insists I add more words.

Front desk clerk non communitive; stuffy & stale smell in hallways; very clean rooms and not too small at all; continental breakfast below average-coffee, two cereals, tiny muffins and toast-jelly and butter only.

Hotel is not 15 minutes from Manhattan, it is at least 30 minutes by train, and could be longer by any other means of transportation. Eventhough the hotel is new, room carpets are filthy and smell. Needs maintenance. Staff was helpful.

The hotel is way to pricey for what you get. There were screaming children next door that woke us every morning and the doors are so thin that you can easily hear conversations in the hallway, which makes me think people in the hallway could hear us. Also, the bathtub was slipper and I almost fell twice.

Ok for a last minute trip! Nothing fancy. The staff couldn't find my reservation at first, and still honored the orbitz price. The hotel was kind of loud, but was a decent place to lay my head.
