The hotel in overall is good. Clean rooms, breakfast available to have it quick on the go, shuttle service invluded to/from airport etc. So everything you need for an overnight between your flights. The only thing I find expensive is hotel computer with internet (though wi-fi is available in rooms) and if you need to print out a document...

if you are catching an early flight at JFK, this is a good choice

The staff was friendly and assisting at check in. Upon entry into the room, I found the telephone line was disconnected. The same happened in my previous stay at the same hotel, but in a different room. Some guests were noisy before their room at midnight, and I do not know if the management did something to quiet them down, but the whole situation did not last for long. The hotel is close to the Kennedy Airport and easy to find. I can not tell about the hotel suttle since I did not use it, and the taxi expense was only 12 bucks. Would stay there again.

Convenient location, but no late shuttle. AM shuttle only takes 10 minutes. Cabs will take you the long way round. The rooms needed cleaning; don't provide for any hanging clothes, and the smoking floor reeked down to the non-smoking. The staff was pleasant, and the coffee decent.

The receptionist was on the phone conducting an obvious personal conversation. She looked up and stated, "I need your ID" and continued her conversation on the phone. Eventually she passed off the phone to another person in the lobby and completed my check in. I proceeded to the room down a dingy dirty hallway covered in a carpet that has long exceeded its usefull life. Entering the room I immediately noticed what turned out to be nail clippings besides the bed. Had I not been so tired and the weather not so awful outside I would have left immediately. Fortunately I was only there for a few hours. Never again will I patronize this hotel chain.

My king size, non-smoking room smelled like mildew and had something "sticky" in the carpet! Yuk!

I love the hotel, good location, the transportation very good, the only thing I did not like is the breakfast, their cook does not how to cook well. except that good experience.

Hotel staff were less than courteous. The amenities were over-rated and under-provided. On the whole, the hotel environment was in need of hospitality improvements.

Worst experience ever... Room was freezing. Heat blows under curtain so does not properly heat room unless curtains are placed on window sill. Water was cold, got warm jumped in shower got immediately cold. No refrigerator. I did tip the room housekeeper.

The hotel was ok. The personnel was ok. They even let me check-in four hours early. shuttle to and from the airport is about ten minutes in distance and about a ten minute wait for the driver to get ready. Overall I wouldn't stay there again, only because of the location. It was depressing.
