needs approvements

lots of drugs smoking on the 3rd floor could smell it on the entire 3rd floor. told staff and nothing was done. smelt it for the last 3 nights of my stay. maid service had alot to be desired. hung do not disturb sign and still got knocks on the door asking if service was needed. over all i wouldnt stay there again!!!!!!

Good Value

After a long 9 hour flight we were pleased to find the bed in the room to be extremely comfortable-just what we needed for a good night's sleep. Waking feeling rested, we enjoyed the small but very well stocked breakfast area with waffles, cereals, a variety of baked items, juice and hot coffee. A good morning start. The hotel provides shuttle service to & from JFK airport. A definite plus.

Ordinary stay

We needed a one-night stay to connect to another flight from JFK. The location and the shuttle pick-up service was good. However, the room was not clean. The toilet pot and sheets deserve particular mention among other things. The TV didn't even switch ON. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. We just needed a place to sleep so we didn't care much but I would not recommend this to people who want to stay in a clean place. Moreover, the price we paid ($140) seemed excessive given the condition of our room. So folks, please try and look elsewhere.

worst family getaway.

I would never go there. It's waste of money. Checked in and once seen the room checked out right away. Very very bad hotel.

A disppointment for the money

The breakfast area was not great looking at all looked like a mini lunch room. only serving waffles, muffins, and cereal. I guess its ok if your looking for something near the airport but I'm sure you could find better. The area is not pleasant if you have a vehicle good luck finding parking.
