Hampton Inn New York-JFK Arpt-Jamaica Queens

Very nice bed and bedding. Loved the morning breakfast. The thing that was missing was some kind of cafe or sandwich shop at the hotel.

The hotel was clean, staff helpful and overall it is a good hotel to stay at if you're connecting to/from the JFK airport.

Overall, everything was great. Our room was very comfortable and clean. They had a lot of great options for breakfast in the morning, and the whole staff was helpful and nice. The only problem we had was the area. It's not within a good walking distance to any nice restaurants or anything to do, and it's pretty far from the city. If you're just looking for a good night to stay bc of a layover or anything like that however, I definitely reccomend it!

very nice hotel and very friendly people working there, only for a few of the people working on front desk who can be very loud and rude...my favorite place near the JFK airport! Only one little detail, on my second day of staying there, the lady on charge of the housekeeping forgot to empty one of the trash can in the room...no really a good night sleep having a dirty trash can inside your room :( and there wasn't any vending machine for drinks all over the hotel.

It was clean, the morning staff was friendly, and Charmaine? Was awesome. She's knows NYC like the back of her hand, and she kept us from getting lost in the city. They had to snake the tub during our stay, but it was fixed immediately. Our stay was clean, and the hotel was comfy.

Hotel was very convenient for a night stay in New York. It only took about a three minute cab ride to the hotel. They do offer complimentary shuttle service. The room was very comfortable.

Best option if flying in and out of JFK. Easy to get to and from airport.

The hotel was great for an overnight stay since I was going to and then coming back from Europe. Very close to the airport and the free shuttle made it very worthwhile. They also provided a complete breakfast which was much more than I had anticipated and made my stay even better and more convenient.

The rooms were big, they have complimentary breakfast, which you had to get their early because there was always a line for, and there were not enough tables to fit everyone. The front desk was very helpful with anything we needed, we asked for a spare bed in our room, it was there before we got back to our room it was awesome. They have a shuttle bus that takes you to and picks you up from the airport which was great. The only problem was we wrote a note to the cleaning staff that we needed more towels and blankets because there was three of us in a room, and the first day they did, but the day after that they took our note pad, left 2 towels, and took the extra blanket so we had to go to the front desk which they provided us the stuff but again they next day they took everything It just became a hassle to keep going to the front desk. Other than that it was great.

We came in on an International flight and we were very tired. I placed a call and they were at the airport in less than five minutes. There was a no hassle check in and friendly service. We ordered take out and slept in a very comfortable bed. After a great complimentary breakfast, they took us back to the airport to get our connecting flight home. I will stay with them again. Even though it is close to the airport, it was very quiet!
