I really wasn't expecting much, but the price was right and it was conveniently located, though not scenic. This hotel far exceeded my expectations for the kind of hotel it is. It was very clean and comfortable, had everything I needed, and the front desk workers, both morning and night were wonderful. They had the kind of attitude and customer service that I would expect at a much higher end hotel. The continental breakfast was standard budget hotel but fine, with a lot of variety, and they had coffee, tea, and a wide variety of magazines available in the lobby 24-7. I would recommend this to my friends when staying in the area.

Room clean, bed comfortable, bathroom good. Staff was not well dressed and somewhat amateurish. Outisde of hotel looks like it needed work. Lobby did not look particularly clean.

When booking a cheap hotel, you expect an old, dirty fleabag, but don't expect that with this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were as clean as any expensive hotel I've stayed in and nothing seemed to be outdated or in need of replacement. It was a great experience. It's great that there are places to go where the low cost isn't due to low quality and uncleanliness--there just weren't any extra frills or amenities (except both a microwave and mini-fridge in my room).

This was advertised this as a double bed booking but we checked in and got a single bed. The hotel lobby smells like ammonia, our bed was not comfortable and sheets were stiff and smelled strongly of bleach. It would be worth spending a bit more to stay in a different hotel chain next time.

Was here for a week for work and had zero complaints. Great for the price.

Everything was clean and the hotel was very nice overall. I would stay here again.

It was 12:40 AM Saturday morning and I was fast asleep. I was waked up by some woman from the front desk who kept knocking on my door. At first I was both confused and a little bit frightened. I do not know what is going on. The woman said that she had to check my room key and get some information from me. According to her, their computer record shows that my room should be empty. I opened the door and showed her my room key and ID. I was very upset and frustrated. I was actually not sure what the right thing to do under that situation. The staff is very rude. She did not even apologize after what happened. I made my complaints known to the front desk. I also left a message on the cell phone of the hotel manager. But I got no response at all. Well, this is my worst experience that I ever had in any hotel I ever stayed. I would never stay in that hotel again.

We had reserved and paid for two queen size beds and were given a room with only one. When we complained, we were told that anyone booking a room through a third party had to take what they were given and that there were no other room available.
