Just wanted to comment that the staff at this hotel was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, everyone inquired about our stay and offered any help. Really nice to feel like our family was welcome. Thank you!

John Thomas Steakhouse - delicious! A bit on the pricey side, but excellent food. A great place to celebrate a law school graduation!

Very comfortable, would stay again
Large rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient shuttle--takes you to campus, airport, etc and will pick you up and bring back too. My United pilots and crew stayed here. We all took the shuttle together--a guarantee that I would not miss my flight :) Coffee and light snacks 24 hours, free breakfast in the morning with yoghurt, eggs, waffle, sausage, more. Internet was slow but adequate. Price seems high but all the places in Ithaca are high. Shopping plaza adjacent with mid- and upper-scale restaurants plus grocery store. Close to campus.

Baseball Weekend
Was convenient to Cornell and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel looks a little run down but is good for a one night stay when visiting Cornell.

Very Nice Stay
My daughter was visiting college and we stayed here because it was close to campus. Great breakfast and shuttle to campus. Nice and friendly staff. The only thing missing was an indoor pool.

Three Strikes
Nice enough people, clean enough room. But... Wifi was terrible, printer in business center was out of order, as was the ice machine. Not that I needed ice but still. Business travel is tough without good wifi, etc.

Pricey
We stayed in the Polo Suite, which I think is pricey. It has 2 queen beds, arm chair with foot rest, small fridge, microwave, desk and chair, but no safe. The cleaning staff even put an envelope requesting tips. It has the same name on envelope, even though we noticed different cleaning people; we stayed multiple nights. I'm not familiar with "tips envelope" in hotel rooms.

The hotel is next to a plaza. It has chinese restaurant, bagel cafe, and very nice supermarket (I think it is open 24 hours). You can just walk from the lobby to these places. It is also next door to Cornell -- best to use GPS when driving; bring one along.

One missed step
While the hotel was a bit off the beaten path, it was still convenient. The in-room fireplace was a wonderful surprise. The only piece that fell short was that the bathroom floor was not cleaned on the second day of our stay.

Good choice for proximity to Cornell
This is a good, comfortable hotel located a stone's throw from the Cornell campus. Nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate.
