Safe Haven
I have stayed at this hotel many times. It has comfortable, spacious rooms with a really comfie recliner, a fridge and microwave. There is also free internet access. Many other NY hotels are nothing but large closets. It is in a great neighborhood for just wandering around and/or shopping. It is four blocks from the subway and one block from a highway. The workshop I attended during this stay was in Manhattan and I was perfectly fine taking the train in and felt safe upon returning at night. Since I fly in to LaGuardia the free shuttle is a blessing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great if you don't want to go out. I'll be back Thanksgiving weekend!

Short walk from hotel
Wonderful restaurants await you on Main Street and the side streets. The bakery one block up on the left is decadent. I'm not good with names. Just wander down Main Street and you will find just about anything you want to eat.

I had to wait for the hotel van for 53 minutes. I recommend calling as soon as you land and also be prepared to have alternate transportation to the hotel. Once you get to the hotel it's great from there.

Welcome to Asia
You know sometimes when you see photos of a particular hotel then you actually show up, the hotel looks entirely different. Not the Marco. This hotel is pretty much just like advertised. It's a gem of a hotel nestled smack in an Korean community. Rooms are clean and quiet in the midst of a bustling Asian community. The front desk staff are quick and accommodating. I recommend this hotel. Please read the tip about hotel van....

Short drive from hotel
The hotel van is very inconsistent. I waited 40 min. For pickup from LGA. Tip: soon as you park at the gate call hotel for the shuttle or have back up plan to get to hotel: taxi, bus, shuttle etc.

Great Hotel & Location
This hotel was close & convenient for going to the US Open! Hotel staff are outstanding, the shuttles were always there and made things easy. Rooms very nice, recently remodeled and comfortable. Close access to the #7 train to Downtown. Great time!! We will be back!

Place to Stay at the Open
We picked the Lexington Marco because it was close to the Billie Jean King Tennis Center. Really did not do much more than sleep and eat breakfast there. We were planning to get our own transportation to the Open each day only to discover that there was a shuttle provided by the hotel! They picked us up after midnight with no fuss. On our last day we planned to take our bags over to the Open and then get a cab. Staff offered to keep our bags, and then meet us at the Open with them and take us to the airport. Eddie is a great guy!

Great location for the price.
The room was comfortable and clean, and the walk to the subway refreshing and interesting. A great deal for our purpose of visiting our grad-student daughter in Manhattan.
