This is a very standard hotel with the basics. It is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. It is not luxory nor is it a flophouse. It is a nice basic place to sleep.

Friendly staff, convenient shuttle bus to subway station
good price; the shuttle bus to the subway station is very convenient, and could also pick up us when we come back and call the hotel in the station; friendly staff; free parking, although the parking place is not big. in general, not bad, I will choose it again in future.

great for the price
I've stayed here multiple times for meetings a few blocks away. Complimentary shuttle to and from airport, subway and mall. The mall and subway are both within walking distance if you prefer. Staff is friendly and very helpful if you have questions. wireless internet included, business center with free internet access (if you ask at the desk, they'll give you an access code so you don't have to use a credit card). Aside from fish/pizza place, a dunkin donuts and some gas stations there's not much to eat right there, but there's always the mall. Absolutely would stay here again. Some cosmetic issues in some rooms (loose wallpaper, paint peeling off in bathroom etc.) and the side of the hotel by the expressway can be pretty loud, but overall a great hotel for the price.

Great hotel to spend the night
A great hotel. Clean rooms with all amenities required to spend a night or two. The staff was great and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Came for an Interview.
Holiday Inn Express has a good interiors and good facilities ti stay. The rate is affordable as per the facilities being offered,staff is very considerate and warm.The hotel should include more types of cuisines in their breakfast menu.

Good staff
They provide us free shuttle bus service to airport and nearest subway station. It was very convenient. When we come back from subway station to the hotel, they promptly sent the shuttle after they got call.

always a pleasure
This is one of the greatest hotels I have found in the area. It is very clean, safe, and the staff is very helpful. I always stay here when I am in the area.

Oct. 15-18,2011 stay @ Holiday Inn Express
Staff very pleasant and hot breakfast was very good-love the pancakes most. Housekeeping was awesome and attentive. Shuttle to airport and subway most convenient and on time. This is our 2nd stay here-went somewhere else last year and decided this was much better . I reccomend anyone to stay here. Very clean...and chinese delivery was great too.

If you are there for a week or less buy the subway unlimited-great buy....even gave away the metrocard away to someone since we were there for 4 days and she was most happy

Nice and Basic
A nice, clean basic hotel without all amenities that are often unneeded in hotels of this calibre. The staff was awesome and the locations (for me) was great. I would stay here again!
