I would stay again!
Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They found me a vase for my flowers and brought it to my room. The bed was very comfortable and had a GREAT mattress pad. The bathroom was very clean as was the room. It felt modern. The only problem I had was the tub was more rounded on the sides than flat so that I slipped a little both times I stepped in. But I loved this hotel. Great work out room and pool/hot tub area. We were there on a weekend and they had cookies at the front desk each evening.Definitely a high value place to stay.

Family Reunion
Overall, the hotel was acceptable. My complaints are the following: No mattress pad on the bed Looked like the sheets had not been changed. Requested a double set of sheets and changed the bed ourselves. Odor in the room. Could never determine what it was from.....maybe unclean carpet or maybe carpet cleaner. Had to buy some Frebreeze and spray it around the room. This odor was not in the rooms of others who stayed there. The odor made me feel as though the room were dirty. Location is great.

Refreshing Change!
The hotel was very clean and a welcome change for a budget hotel. I cannot think of anything that could be improved on for this level or price.

West Point Visit
Great staff....friendly and helpful. As with all Hilton Garden Inns the "not included" breakfast is a bit pricey in my opinion. All in all a very nice place! Direct route if travelling to West Point. On the same side of the Hudson as trains to NYC.

It was a Grand Start to our Anniversary
The hotel in question was only a one night stop-over. I will say however that the staff was were warm and welcoming. The room was clean with with a nice firm bed-allowing for a good nights sleep after a long drive.

The good, the bad, and the really ugly
Nice room, easy check-in, just ONE minor problem....I became ill and needed to stay over an additional night, hoping to feel better so I could fly home. I was told they were completely booked for the night and I would have to leave. They did manage to find me a local room and I was forced to pack my bag, load up my car and drive down the interstate, vomiting all the way. Since that time, I have been told that, by law, I could not be forced out due to illness. Even though I expect to do more business in that area, I won't be staying at the Hilton.

Great weekend get away
Enjoyed the stay while visiting my daughter at a near by college. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and relaxing.
