Good Enough For A Short Stay
The room was fine for resting while waiting for a flight. Service was good upon arrival. Pillows are way too small. Television choices and reception were not acceptable. Likely won't stay there again. Room was too expensive for servives offered. [...] Like I said. Ok for a short stay but expensive for what was offered.

This hotel gave us a drink voucher for a restaurant at the Holiday Inn. I think I would rather have stayed at the Holiday Inn.

The shuttle service was so prompt .
We had chosen this hotel because of its location, shuttle service and breakfast since we had a 6a.m. flight out. Everything fit our needs and we also had a quiet and restful sleep.

Brief stay
I arrived late one evening to stay for a very early morning flight. This was the second time I have stayed there for just such purpose and the stay was fine - I estimate that we were there approximately 7 hours at most.

Airport friendly
Adjacent to the Buffalo airport. I frequently arrive in at 2am, 3am, coming from the West coast. The desk staff answer right away, and the shuttle is at the airport in 5 minutes to pick me up.

Very family friendly
The Sleep inn hotel was very comfortable and convenient to the airport. There were seven of us so we converted to a suite, just perfect. the room was roomy and met all our needs. would recommend highly.

Niagra Falls and the Canadian border are just minutes from the hotel. Also, fast food restaurants and convenience stores were all close by.
