Good hotel

Not clean
The dishes were not clean. All the coffee mugs has stain in them and so did most of the utensils that were provided with the kitchen.

Both Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks were short drive from there. Not a bad place to stay for a trip to Niagara Falls.

We enjoyed the visit, the pool was very nice, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel location was convenient to a lot of surrounding restaurants. It was about 25 minutes to Niagara Falls and we felt safe the entire time.

perfect hotel
This was the perfect hotel for a niagara falls trip. It's only about 30 minutes away. Breakfast was included every day and dinner was even included 4 days / week. The suite was great. The kitchen even included things I wasn't expecting, like napkins, silverware, plates,... The front desk crew was very nice and had some preprinted directions to the falls, which came in very handy. There's ample free parking. The indoor pool was excellent. It was everything we wanted.

Excellent Hotel
I arrived late in the evening and there still wasn't any problem getting shuttle service to the hotel. I didn't have to wait any time at all to get my room. The staff was very helpful and plasant. I had to return to the airport the next morning to pickup a vehicle and the shuttle was waiting for me. GREAT SERVICE

There are plenty of dinning opportunities in the area. The hotel itself has a very good breakfast. On Monday - Thursday they have a welcome receptiion which is also nice.

A great place to stay
A very good hotel that lives up to the Hilton tradition. We had a two bed suite and the place seemed perfect for our two little children. A well maintained pool and good staff makes the experience pleasant. We did miss the Management Reception that is available for guests from Monday to Thursday. Breakfast was complimentary and was adequate.

Homewood Suites in Buffalo
A friend and I traveled together and had a room with a separate sleeping area and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The mattress wasn't too bad. The bathroom floor needed to be mopped, but otherwise the room appeared to be clean. The staff was very kind and helpful.
