greatt getaway
loved the hotel! breakfast buffet was delicious! close to niagra falls. We were not impressed with the receptionist but everything else was perfect!

Never Again in Buffalo
Rude Front Desk Staff
I arrived early only to find the hotel overbooked even if you had a confirmed reservation. Had to wait in the lobby for 6 hours for an available room.

Great Hotel
The hotel was great unfortunately we had to leave at 1145pm so we didn't sleep there that night.My son is Autistic and he wanted a 24hr swimming pool. He didn't understand that the pool was closed at 11pm. .Thanks

Giant Room
Traveling to visit friends. The room was huge! I loved that it included a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the ability to adjust the firmness.

Fingers Crossed for Quiet Neighbors!
The hotel was very nicely located, close to all the right roads so going just about anywhere in WNY was easy. Spotless clean and with great customer service. Only reason it's not 5 stars, thin thin walls... no sound proofing! Woke up each morning to the sound of our neighbors toilet flushing... or coughing.
