Great Location
Our stay at this hotel was great. The only comment I have is that when we went to the pool there were a group of men sitting in the hot tub drinking. There were hotel staff in the area, but did not say anything to these people. Even though there is a note that says no food /drink allowed in the pool area. We did not think it was an appropirate environment for young kids. Therefore we never got to use the hot tub. Everything else was great, The breakfast was good, staff were very freindely and helpful, overall the stay was good.

Clean hotel and courteous staff
Stayed at the hotel to see Niagara Falls. Because Niagara Falls, NY hotels are expensive and have low ratings. It's very clean and has a great staff. The complimentary breakfast was open till 10:00AM, and had a lot of good choices.

Great :)
It was great service, kind, friendly staff. shuttle came with in the 15mins like promised and safe. room was extremely clean and well taken care of. not loud or disturbing, no problems checking in.. i came a little early before check in time due to my flight but got a room with out a hassle. no complaints!

Home sweet home.
The bathroom doors in neighboring rooms kept banging aganist their room door, sounding like someone was at your door. Maybe soft stops on the outside of the bathroom doors would help.

Buffalo
Clean, Comfortable and a Courteous Staff
The Hampton was very clean and updated. When I arrived I was met by a courteous staff that was very helpful. Once in my room I called the front desk to ask for a refrigerator and microwave room and the had one sent up... I asked for a room change to face the front of the built=ding and they happily accommodated for me and moved the fridge and micro to the new room as well. Breakfast is free and pretty good, the standard waffle, breakfast meat and eggs with cereals, fruit and muffins/danishes. All in all a very good experience and I would definitely travel back there again.
