Close to Buffalo airport, with shuttle, comp breakfast opens at 4am. Comfy beds, very clean and quiet. Priced well, caring, competent friendly staff, free parking. You should try it! We stay here often. It's not fancy , but it is everything you want for a stress free night before a flight!

last minute weekend stay
Last minute decision to stay the weekend...New Years Eve. the first night I stayed, had no hot water for shower. My room was near vending/ice machines...disturbed me all the time. Finally after complaining about the hot water, the clerk there was very nice and did not hesitate to move me to a different room, which ended up being further away from the vending/ice machines. Overall, the stay was quiet and comfortable, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. One downfall, no frig in the room.

Smart
Courteous staff but disappointing room
Location is good with friendly staff. Airport shuttle was on schedule even though it was at 3.45 am. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was not up to the mark. Washroom floors need a good scrub. The linen and towels need replacement.

They are very helpful. The rooms are clean plus they have a decent continental breakfast. The van will take you to and from the airport starting at 3:30 am.

Needed to be close to everything
They are very helpful. The rooms are clean, the continental breakfast is decent plus the van will take you back and forth from the airport starting at 3:30am. Would highly recommend staying at this Best Western.

Clean and helpful
3.5 stars. Helpful staff at all hours, day and night. Clean room. Hotel is right next to the Buffalo airport, so close that I walked to the terminal before my 6am flight even though the hotel staff offered a shuttle ride without me even asking.

It isn't all that noticeable, but the city bus goes from the airport to downtown for only $1.75. If you have 40 minutes to spare it is far better than paying $40 for a 20 minute taxi ride.
