Perfect overnight stay in Brooklyn
This hotel is a very good vaue and a good model of what we look for in the category of small hotels during travel and for brief stays. The recently refurbished Best Western Prospect was perfect for my family, neat, clean, quiet, nicely appointed, convenient for our visit, and staffed by pleasant and professional people who were welcoming and helpful. We wil be back.

Pleasant experience
Very good infra-structure, comfortable and quiet room, good staff. The subway is very close. There was just a problem with the type of room, solved in minutes by the hotel owner in same minutes after our arrrival.

Convenient to Subway!
The area isn't the best but it's not the worse either. You're literally steps away from the Subway-which is awesome. The Front Desk is friendly but extremely slow to check-out and don't acknowledge you when you stand there. If you don't need a receipt, skip this part. The rooms are nice but we were in the basement and the floor in the bathroom was FREEZING! The room was FREEZING too but we turned the heat up and left out for an hour or so and it was much better. The parking is first come, first serve with a parking lot right next to it and a small garage behind but there is plenty of street parking. Overall, it's nice, clean and a great way to spend time in the city without spending a ton of money. There's also a supermarket next door, nice size fridge in the room, plenty of fast food options within blocks and many channels to choose from on the TV. As an added note what appeared to be the Owner sneaking around and staring at the people staying at the hotel but never said "hello", "thanks for staying here" or nothing. That was rather odd, I think he should work on that.

Wir haben zu einem sehr guten Preis ein tolles Hotel bekommen. Supermarkt und Subway direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und gutes Personal. Was will man mehr. Einziges Manko, Frühstücksraum und Zimmer relativ klein. Hatten aber auch das Sparangebot.
