hotel in the ghetto

The hotel was filthy and nasty. There were drug dealers and drunks partying all night. the security door was propped open all night so people without keys could come in and out as they wanted to. We would have left the first night but had paid in advance, there was no money in the budget for another hotel. Will never stay there again.

Dangerous situation!

Very disappointed. Not only were the bathroom tub and door filthy, there were covers missing from an electrical outlet and an electrical junction box. This situation poses an extreme danger to young children, who may be curious about the bright red electrical connectors in the junction box. My wife, daughter, and I left immediately after discovering these issues.

Dirty, run down

I understand that budget hotels are not going to be the most well-kept but you should at least be able to expect your room to be clean. We stayed at this property twice (the first and last day of a trip) and both times the bathroom was very dirty with hair all over the place. Also the fixtures and tubs were falling apart in both rooms. They obviously are having rpoblems with their cleaning staff as I over heard multiple arguements. Definately would not recommend even though the location was perfect with easy access to a couple restaurants, a gas station and a nice neighborhood to walk around nearby.

Not the best, not the worst..

Very average Econo Lodge. Good location on the 88/86 interchange. Wet bathroom floor when we arrived - nothing crazy - just inconvenient. Overall decent room. Good for a night.

Nope

We just had to be by the kids that had to yell for their parent down the hall. The thing is these doors and walls are thin!!! I have been in other hotels and it would have been muffled.

Satisfactory

It was a good room for the price, but it was a bit far away from all the places I wanted to go to. Even though it was the about a mile away from the downtown area, the mile was definitely not walkable. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. There was even a mini fridge!

Fine no frills place.

I found everything fine in my room, but the hotel was under construction and I would have liked to know that ahead of time.
