call if you will be late....
We booked this hotel around a week before we needed it. Check-in time was after 3pm. We got there around 11pm and they said that they gave the room away and that they did not have any other. We had to scramble to find another hotel. Would not trust booking here again.

Clean Rooms and Friendly Service
Took my family of five for one night and I was very happy with this hotel. The bathroom was very small, but it sufficed for our family for a single night. I thought the service was very polite and friendly - even let the kids stay a little longer than expected in the pool. It was nice that the pool closed at 10pm since we got there earlier that evening. Other places we've stayed it was closed at 9 or 9:30. Kids had a blast there and in the hot tub. We had to use a cot for one of the kids and it was very uncomfortable, but the staff assured us that new ones were being purchased soon. Check-in and check-out was very quick as well. All in all, it was a very nice stay.

Family trip to Niagaras Falls USA and Canada, Snow boarding in Kissing Bridge.
Great location, close to mall, Frank Loyd Wright house, around 20 minutes to Niagaras Falls. Very friendly staff.

An absolute wonderful stay at this Sleep Inn
From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, the staff was soooo friendly and the service was great! The continental breakfast was very, very good; both hot and cold food choices. Our room was two double beds NS and it was great. I think the ONLY thing I would tweak and want changed is somehow have it more private for the bathroom sink area. It is wide open to the room. Other than that though, the room was good. Nice TV. We will definitely stay there again when we go to the area to visit family and friends.

Short drive from hotel
You can sample some of the best foods that the Buffalo area has to offer within a very short drive down NF Blvd like Ted's Hot Dogs, Anderson's Custard and Roast Beef, John and Mary's Subs, Franco's Pizza and Buffalo Wings, Fowler's Chocolates and Ice Cream and so much more!!! And a lot of shopping as well!!

Reasonable and affordable accomodation
Our stay (one night) was perfectly acceptable. The hotel facilities were in line with expectations - rooms were clean but not luxurious. Free internet was a nice aspect.

Great getaway
Was nice being greeted by friendly, professional staff. The breakfast included was amazing! Perfect to kick start my day of sights and seeing. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone! It's professional, clean, and nice enough, and well priced.

Hotel was in a convenient location and easy to get to right off the thruway.We were greeted by friendly staff with a smile.The hotel was very clean,room was a good size and clean.Parking surrounded the hotel but not much of it.Would recommend...

Comfortable Stay
Friendly Staff, Hotel is very easy to locate and is pretty near to Niagara Falls. Nice peaceful way to relax after a long drive. Rooms are neat and tidy, with a refreshing continental break-fast in the morning made our stay comfortable and exciting. I would surely stay here when I visit Niagara next time.
