More pros than cons
Pros-pleasant, comfortable beds, wood floors (signifies clean). Cons-commode slow for water to go down when flushed.

Don't stay here...
Unless you are used to living in subpar conditions. No hot water, incompetent staff, and there are a bunch of dumpy people who actually LIVE here. The room is decorated "ghetto" too....yuck.

traveling through 2012
think twice
I was told at check-in that the room I had requested - handicapped accessible - was not available. Then I was given a smoking room when I had requested at registration on line and again when I arrived a non-smoking room. After going to the desk to file a complaint I was given a non- smoking room. There was an odd odor in the wing I was moved to and in my room where I was moved. Overall not the best experience.

Just a plan old girl
No Frills
The room was overall clean. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. No hair dryer or a electric alarm clock. Definitely get what you pay for.

Nice hotel, no frills
We were looking for an inexpensive stay close to Niagara Falls on the American side. This hotel fit the bill. The room was clean, staff was good and helpful and the location was very close to the highway and stores/food.

Room was very clean, location was near family's home,no trouble following direction to motel. All in all a good experiance

Short stay only
Basic room, rug had wrinkles and stains, but rest of room clean. Good for a quick overnight stay but I wouldn't plan on spending a lot of time in the room.

University weekend
Moving in student to university. Motel very convenient to apartment. Dirt cheap price for a clean room. Quiet even though on main route. Variety of restaurants in immediate area. Only complaint was the water pressure ... hot water but not much pressure.
