Hotel Indigo BUFFALO - AMHERST

Room nicely decorated. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Fast check in and check out. Would definately stay again.

We were qte impressed as we pulled up to The Hotel Indigo with it's blue and silver welcoming us! Everything about this hotel was great and we'd definitely return in the future! Our concert was at The UB campus North and it couldn't have been more convenient! The hotel shuttle took us & picked us up. Our room was o cozy and the meals so good! Everyone there was quite friendly & helpful!

I like the hotel. This is our second time staying there in two years. It is stylish, with newer rooms and nice beds. I love hotels with plush beds, a nice comforter and great pillows-- very spa-like. It is much better than some of the area hotels. On the down side, the rooms are all very small. We had a king size bed and there was hardly any room to walk around. The bathroom is not spacious and only had a standing shower. This is fine, except that my toddler is afraid of shower heads-- so it made it difficult to bathe her. There is no refrigerator-- which made it hard to save left-overs or store baby's milk. Again, this is because I have a toddler, and these issues may not matter to some people. This is a sold, above average hotel. It is clean and comfortable overall. Of course it is not a four-star hotel. Service is not impeccable, no bath robes, etc. It is a sold place to stay, nonetheless. Pool was nice, though they never stocked towels and we always had to run looking for a towel.

if u are staying here overnite to catch an early flight DON'T STAY here!!! Hockey tournament heaven for kids! Running down halls at all hours of the nite, parents drinking and yakking in halls. Had to call down to reception twice before they finally took the party into their rooms. Don't get me wrong been to a few tournaments myself with my son but we always made sure they put us all on the same floor so that we did not disturb the other guests. Did not sleep at all and had a 6am Flt which we were destroyed for!!!

We stayed in this hotel about 4 years ago, and were eager to go back, but things looked to be run down...the wallpaper was peeling off the wall...wood on the entrance door of our room was split on the inside..the results of a brawl maybe? We were not impressed this time! We won't go back.

This isn't a business traveler's hotel. There was neither wi-fi nor high-speed internet service in the room. And, the hotel's registration needs to be more mindful of scattering traveling teenage sports teams around the hotel. There was so much rowdy partying next door through the wee hours of the morning and yelling up and down the hallway at all hours of the night. The front desk did intervene when I called, but having to do this 2 nights in a row doesn't make for a good experience.

Great Room. Very modern and unique. Room and halls were very clean. Only issue was another guest's small barking dog that we heard through the walls.

Great pool!

This pseudo boutique hotel is consistent, provides friendly service, has good food, a fun bar and more than adequate rooms. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and Aveda products...a lot of bang for the buck.
