room was neat and clean, staff was pleasant, helpful and fast. Room had everything I needed. Great price. Would stay there again.

With inexpensive motel... Its okay for the value. Its clean... And worth money

We were looking for a simple LOW COST room and this was a good value. Our room was small but adequate. The bathroom was clean but the main room could have been a little cleaner. Bed was comfortable. WiFi internet in the room worked well. Staff was friendly and courteous. Hallway doors made some noise when closing, but once we knew where the noise came from we had no trouble sleeping through it. Self serve breakfast buffet was limited but acceptable for this type of hotel. The location directly across from a large Mall and many area restaurants was ideal for us. We would stay at this hotel again.

We stayed there for one night in the middle of our trip. When we got there at 1am the toilet and shower in our room had no running water so they had to move us into a smaller room. Both of the rooms were clean. The carpets and bathrooms were very old though. For one night it was ok. BOTTOM LINE: I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND FOR FAMILIES OR FOR MORE THAN ONE NIGHT.

The hotel was a decent 2 star hotel. Everything was okay although our room had a very strong musty/moldy smell. My only problem was that I booked 3 smoking rooms through this web site and when I got to the hotel, they had none. I later found out that they give priority to guests that don't use 3rd party bookers like this web site. In other words if you use this web site to book a smoking room at this hotel a month before check in and someone calls the hotel directly the day before, you will get bumped into a non smoking room. If you're looking for smoking rooms at this hotel, beware!!

I was a little worried since its not a popular chain but I was pleasantly surprised From the moment I walked in I felt like it was my home away from home. The room had great amenities like a microwave and free wi-fi! Things were so close by a grocery store was right down the street so that you didnt feel like you had to eat out all the time. The bus was right out front to get to various places! And the staff was excellent and VERY friendly especially Shannon who worked over night! I would recommend staying there since that will be my choice next time Im there!

This hotel is convenient and close to everything. The room was clean (though old) and the staff was friendly. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The water was cloudy to fill the coffee pot. It was sufficient for the price.

Hotel is in a safe and convenient location in Albany. The rooms are clean and well kept. The only complaint I would say I had was the smell of cigarettes that I was welcomed to each time I entered the room. Lights are a bit dim and need to be changed. The bathroom and bed sheets, etc. were clean and house keeping took care of my room when I requested it. Overall decent place and a good value.

Situated right across the street from The Colonie Shopping Center, this place is very convenient and not far from the Albany airport. There're many F&B options and hotel serves an average breakfast. Only complaint is that the housekeeping threw my daughter's personal blankie on the floor when they tidy the bed.
