This was a good deal...for an average hotel... the only downside was a hot-tub that looked like a small pool in the on-line picture....we wanted the pool!

Quality Inn---Albany a Disappointment
The hotel staff was not very friendly and helpful when we checked in. We selected the hotel because of its close proximity to the Albany Airport. We found the staff to be unfriendly and the hotel to be dirty. Our room, the hallways, and the lobby all had a musty, unclean smell, almost like there had been a water leak. We would not stay in this hotel again.

West Coast Traveler
Quality Inn---Albany a Disappointment
We booked one night at this hotel to stay after a long trip from the West Coast. The front desk staff was very unfriendly and not helpful when we checked in. The hotel was dirty and had a musty smell throughout the hotel---including the lobby, hallways and our room. We will not stay in this hotel again.

We have booked some great hotels at the same price...this one was not as nice as the pictures...and was in need of some TLC. Our whole floor was supposed to be smoke free and it reeked of smoke. The pool was small and uninviting. Nothing great about this hotel at all. The staff was nice and helpful, but I am sure there is a better option for staying in Albany!
