Fantastic Facility!
Overall, this hotel is wonderful! Courteous staff, nicely decorated and very clean rooms. Quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and nicely presented to the guests. Had a great stay at Homewood Suites!

happy in albany
we were met by a very friendly lady at check in and was most helpful in making dinner reservations for us that was an outstanding italian restaurant----same the next evening on helpful reservations and directions. Hotel was new and in great shape---complimentary breakfast was good also

Very Nice Stay!
I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was updated, nicely furnished and spotless, all of which I appreciate. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that there are no vending machines for beverages on each floor, and one must inconveniently go to the lobby shop to buy them. Other than that small issue, I am very satisfied with my stay and I will stay there again.

Excellent Stay!
Very Good stay! It was very quiet and peacefull! I stayed one night and wish I could stayed a whole week! Great staff, clean rooms and living areas! You will not regret the stay. My only complaint is the softer bed, my wife loved it, but I wish it was a little firmer.
