Quick trip
We stayed here for a family gathering in Albany. I feel like the staff could have been a little more friendly. The staff seemed annoyed when we called down to the office and asked about the breakfast and about a TV listing that was missing from the room (they never sent us up one). When my husband took a shower the next morning, the water just stopped TWICE. We only stayed one night, thank goodness. I am not sure if we will stay here again.

Hilton Garden Inn suNY
Nice, clean hotel. Has a refrigerator in room and a garage to park in. Only down-side is no continental breakfast.

Great hotel, great staff
I was there while taking the bar in Albany ... all of the staff knew, were very accomodating and wished me luck! greeted with warm cookies at check-in, and complimentary drink tickets at the hotel bar; great service in the restaurant, and not too overpriced (even for a hotel restaurant); rooms were comfy and clean, huge bed with great pillows; would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is clean ..Linens are fresh.. Front door service is done with a smile. Staff is helpful and GREAT COOKIES :)

Hilton Garden Inn Albany/SUNY Area
The hotel was nice but there was a cheerleading competition in the area and a bunch of them stayed at the hotel. Between the rah rah sessions and the kids running up and down the halls waking us up one of the mornings, the hotel and staff were great.
