Winners Inn Stopover
Plain Jane room. Pretty good bed. Air conditioner had loud rattle on high speed. Rattle much less on low speed. $1.00 each coupon for meal in hotel restaurant, where breakfast was reasonably priced.

Flying Pig BBQ, about 1/2 mile south from hotel offers great BBQ pork and chicken, and a variety of beers on tap.

Winnamuca Winners was decent!
Easy to find, Clean room,comfortable bed,quite but we had a very poor shower head.

winners is a loser
The room was OK. The disappointment was that we ordered a "handicap" room for our Aunt. She had to climb 9 stairs (no elevator) and there were no grab bars in the bathroom or shower. Not sure how they classify this "handicap". TV reception was poor and the beds were small. Doubt we will stay there again.

Breakfast at The Griddle - It is the only good food in Winnemucca. Believe me I have traveled through there for 30 years and tried them all.

Nice room, very clean. they provide you with a sheet of discount items in the casino, at the restaurant and at the bar. Very cool. Did not appreciate the guy banging on the door to the room next to us at 6:15AM.

Go into the bar near the front entrance to use your drink coupons. It is quiet and away from most of the casino "action".

OK for quick stop in middle of nowhere
After check-in at the casino, we had to go across the street to find our room. Okay, a bit small, not bad for the quick stop.

winners casino motel.winnemucca,nev.
i was registered for 7-1-10 and 7-5-10. they did not have the 7-1-10 reservation but did have for me 2 rooms on 7-5-10. We had to go to 4 other motels to to finally find the last hotel had a vacancy. it cost me $30 more and was upstairs and no elevator.I had handicap rooms reserved. it was extremely difficult that night and in the morning. on 7-5-10 they had 2 rooms they wanted me to pay for.i was discusted with the whole thing.[...]

Clean and comfortable
The front desk didn't have a record of our reservation, but they had room for us and gave a small discount for the inconvenience of not having our reservation. The rooms were clean and quiet and the air conditioning was fabulous.

The hotels restaurant had a very yummy and big breakfast special. The kid menu prices are very reasonable.

AWEFUL!
I chose this place because of its 3-Star rating. The reservation was inputed into their system incorrectly (wrong date and address). They argued with me about the reservation being correct, which I verified later to be their errors. Free Wi-Fi didn't work. Parking lots seemed insecure. Rooms dingy, outdated, and not even 2-Star worthy. I didn't think there were other lodging options, but there are, and I will be using them next time.
