Old Hotel. Tear it down, or do a major face lift
Table with draws that we're bolted to wall Was falling off the wall. The Bed mattress was not flat. Felt as if I was sleeping in a rat nest. Sink in bathroom was set at an angle, by probably a handyman that had never done any plumbing.

nice place if you're just going to sleep. it was average, good location, walls are very thin, heard neighbors pop open champagne bottles and alarm clock. also to quiet for a casino, the casino was pretty empty and arcade for kids was a ghost town especially for a saturday. not a party or activity place

Love the view..not the hotel
Smoke filled the rooms. Moldy and stale smelling, Didn't feel clean. Hotel needs updating. Could not control heat temperature. Kept slider open all night. Staff friendly. Great view from room. Enjoy Tahoe. Glad only stayed one night!

Just ok
We arrived at 6:pm on Saturday. The lobby was packed and rooms were not ready. We had to wait about an hour. The hotel was under staffed. We stayed for 3 nights. One of our bags was lost, and it was never recovered. However the hotel security did his best to locate it. The matresses were worn out and uncomfortable. Wish they had a coffee pot in the room.

This hotel had a great location!! It was a huge disapointment when we walked in the room and the room was like 90 degrees. There was no way to control the temperature it was very uncomfortable. We had to end up driving down to the closest store to buy a small fan to keep the room temperature ok. We had a great time at the magic show strongly recommend watching it!!

Went to South Lake Tahoe for New Years eve. The location is great. However, for the hotel - the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything in the rooms next door. Our room was not cleaned at all, looked like the bed was made and new towels were added - that was it. The New Years crowd at this hotel were into the Rave scene and there was a constant pot smoking smell throughout all the floors. If that is your scene for New Years, then this place is perfect for you. It wasn't for us. This may have only been for New Years, but I've been to other hotels where none of this would have been tolerated - even on New Years. We checked out one hour after arriving and thanks to the Manager on duty were allowed a refund. For that I give them some good customer service.
