Harrah's Lake Tahoe

Expensive, and you'll be hit with $5 to $10 service charges for any additional items you request. The $6 charge for using the in-room coffee was a little excessive. They seem to be bound and determined to grind out every additional dollar they can get! This is the 2nd Harrah's hotel we stayed at on this trip and they both have the same grind out the buck policies - we won't be staying with Harrah's in the future.

Great Getaway

This was a great hotel, a bit expensive but worth it. The staff was great and friendly, the amenities were excellent and the room was very clean. The location was great and there were many things within walking distance (beaches, resturants, etc.). We will be staying here again!

Great family getaway

Great hotel the rooms were nice and clean. The pool was nice. The only reason for getting 4 stars was the Jacuzzi was not working. I went to the front desk 3 times and complained since Friday. Left on Tuesday and no Jacuzzi. Great skiing at Heavenly, but my back is in need of nice hot Jacuzzi.
