we love this hotel!
If you are going to stay in the Reno area, stay at the Nugget. The rooms are very nice, the staff friendly, and there is a Starbucks! It is not right in the middle of the other casinos, which we like. I recommend it highly.

Nice rooms
Very Nice rooms! lost some appeal when we arrived to discover the hotel charges an additional $5 per night fee on top of what we paid to book. Train horns in the middle of the night close proximity. Room service threw away a bag that contained my wifes travel bag, including perfume bottle. We are currently being helped with the recovery of that and feel like we are being treated fair so far.

Relaxing Family weekend getaway
The hotel is very plush and staff very nice. Has everything there Rosie's cafe had good food and service and price was affordable excellent breads and pastries too! The motel was clean the beds were very comfortable. The only thing Id advise if you don't want to be woken up by maid service on saturday or sunday morning at 8:01am be sure to put your sign on door! We were awoken both days and it was hard to go back to sleep other than this its near everything and just a drive to the meadowwood mall and casinos the pool could have been warmer and the 8 individual spas were cool as the pool the big spa was nice the first night friday was a relaxing spa however saturday night there was a staff person but was oblivious to the spa being way over crowded with people having alcohol in the spa drinking it while in there and other intoxicated people not to mention there was no available chairs to sit on my daughter and mother were disappointed in this as they didnt enjoy it as me and my other daughter did the night before it was nice. Better staff supervision and if they kept it open longer than 10pm ! As well as the fitness center they both close at 10pm why?? Alot of people would enjoy using should stay open longer to 12 or always and why a staff person if they dont do anything or watch what people are doing a 16 person spa with 25+ people and more trying to get in ? Other than that its a nice place to stay to relax and is quiet they have a nice bloody mary bar and location and view if you get a premier room! Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again! :-)
