Come to see the Rig, stay for the dining, shows and spa
The first thing visitors need to see is the Rig. The centerpiece of the Silver Legacy is a 120-foot automated mining rig inside a dramatic laser light filled dome that pays tribute to Reno's past. But that's certainly not all this mega-resort has to offer. The large casino includes the Zone sports book, poker room, keno and all popular table games. Amenities include a wide variety of dining and drinking destinations, entertainment and a full-service poolside spa and fitness center.

Fabulous Vacation!!!!
If you must take a vacation getaway, you must get the spa suite. The Jacuzzi tub overlooked the mountains,and the view was so relaxing!! The gym overlooked the pool,so you can workout then take a swim.

Great Weekend Getaway
It was a very classy, professional, energetic place to stay. Service was fantastic and such a fun place to stay and play. Amenities were great and very resonable pricing.

Money-saving tip:
In Hotel
Most valuable thing I decided to save money on was using self parking instead of valet parking. Even though it is more risky than valet parking the silver legacy offers a great parking garage and if you don't leave valuables in your car its a great way to save money and have peace of mind that your vehicle isn't out on the street and monitored by security.

it was worth the free upgrade for the spa suite..the room and bathroom were really spacious and the hotel itself is connected to a few other hotels/casinos.

Crazy about roping in BFI
Silver Legacy review
They had a shuttle going to and from the airport every 1/2 hour. We were there for an event at the livestock center and they had a shuttle running every 1/2 hour for that event the whole time it was going on as well.

Our hotel experience was good for first time vistor's. Room was neat and clean. Missing was amenities like coffee was not replaced the second day and no tea offered. Bath towels not replaced the second day. There was no computer hook-up in our room that my old PC needed.

Pleasant Overnight Visit
We needed to attend an early Sat meeting, and stayed overnight Friday. Friendly staff, warm cookie, clean quiet room, good night's sleep. Would have enjoyed being able to rent a current release, but the selection of stations on TV was adequate.
