Good value for the money
We needed to get to the airport in the wee hours. Being able to stay all night in Reno for a cheap price fit the bill. We also had a decent meal and found the slot machines to be fun. It is not the sort of hotel that we would like to spend a week long holiday in but it was very clean and we were able to walk the downtown area so that was nice. We will go back if we need a hotel for an airport connection.

Dissatisfied Hotel guest
Dreadful stay
Casino/hotel was run down. Desk clerk was nice. When we opened the door to our room the beds were unmade, dirty towels on the floor. Nice bellman brought us keys for a different room. At first this room seemed acceptable, but even though it was supposedly cleaned we found used soap, hair and toothpaste marks on bathroom counter. Pillows propped on bed as if someone used room after it was cleaned. Some rather unsavory characters outside of hotel. Will never go back.

Great Price decent hotel
This hotel was nice for the price. We stayed in the renovated dynasty tower and the room was neat and clean. Carpet could be better (stains) but for the price, it was a very friendly hotel/casino with a welcoming feel. I will go back

Just Not Here
It was awful. First they checked us into a room that someone was already staying in. Not to mention that the room only had one bed when there was three of us. When we asked to be moved we got a lot of attitude from the desk clerk. When we finally get a room the bathtub was dirty and was full of ants, the rug had large obivous stains and the room smelled so bad we went out and bought air freshener. We enjoy Reno just not that hotel. We all agreed to NEVER stay there again...

Good for sleeping... if the guy next door isn't showering.
After a 16 hour cross country drive, this was probably not the best choice in hotels in which to spend a peaceful evening recuperating. PROS - Cheap CONS - There was a 10 minute wait in line to get key cards. - The receptionist wasn't very friendly. And asked for an additional $2 "city tax" which she took in cash, and for which she offered no receipt. Legit? Dunno. - No cups or coffee in room. - Wifi costs extra... and doesn't work in the room. - Not the cleanest, but if you arrive late, the lights aren't very bright, so you may not notice. - The place is old and in need of renovation. I'd start with the carpeting... but at this price, you're going to get the cream of the crop tenants, I suppose. - Floor 8 REEKED of marijuana. We got blasted in the elevator as someone got off there. Luckily, we were on 12. - The showers somehow make an incredibly annoying, loud high frequency pitch. If the neighbor is running his, you won't be able to sleep.
