very freindly
We had a very enjoying relaxing time at the pepppermill. The staff was courteous and pleasant to us the food was a plus. The peppermill has always been our first choice since coming to reno on vacations. We decided to stay with the peppermill because it was more relaxing and friendly to us.

Incredible stay
The Peppermill Hotel...the room was a little small, but adequate...the staff was supurb and always had a smile when we talked with them...the food was abundant and excellent...(the machines where a little stingy)... A really great experience..

Questionable linens
One of the pillows had some sort of red messy spot. Concerned it might be leavings of bed bugs??? Hosekeping sent service person..who was not careful in handling the pillowcase. We had asked for a new/different pillow was sent a illowcase instead..which we decided not to use..set it aside. The rate charged for this hotel was disapointing.

WONDERFUL TIME
MY HUSBAND AND I HAD THE BEST TIME AT OUR STAY IN THE PEPPERMILL. WHEN WE CHECKED IN A GENTLEMAN HELPED US AND RECOMMENDED THE SPA SUITE UPGRADE. WITH THE CHILDREN AT HOME WE DECIDED IT WAS A GREAT IDEA. AND WHAT A WONDERFUL AND RELAXING TIME WE HAD. THE HOTEL IS ALL REMODLED. VERY NICELY DONE, BUT A LITTLE DARK INSIDE...CONFUSING YOU SOMETIMES ON WHETHER ITS NIGHT OR DAY OUTSIDE. I WOULD GO BACK.

Construction Zone
The Peppermill was a nice hotel, However my room was in the Montego Bay tower which was not directly connected to the main hotel. This was inconvienent. The bedding was worn. The bathrooms however were very nice and clean. The room had a large flat screen tv and plenty of room. The restaurants in the casino were very good.The pool was much smaller than I expected. The pool area was not very appealing. The noise from the construction woke us every morning.

it was a bang for the buck!
everything was good, except the remodeling/construction or addition that was going on outside.that was the only eyesore for the moment, but once inside, everything was top-notch. The buffet was selective and the gambling was good, eventhough they took most of my money. the drinks were good and the staff was nice. it was worth every buck, and the room service was good. i recommend the shrimp/crab salad. it was off the hook! the room was spacious and the plasma tv was crisp.

the casinos are down the strip. Alantis is the opposite way and it has a nice club. a lot of restaurants and convenient stores down the street as well.

My review of Peppermill Hotel Casino
The Peppermill was a very visually stimulating environment with bright colors and lots of neon. However, when you get to your room, it is soothing, spacious and comfortable. We were delighted with the Steak House cuisine and wait staff. The only disappointment was that one lamp in the room was broken and my companion's room was a good walk from mine.

My review of Peppermill Hotel Casino
When I arrived, my room was not cool. Maintenance responded promptly and repaired the air conditioning quickly. My only complaint was the construction that was going on outside my window which started early in the morning and obstructed my view.

Fantastic Time
The Peppermill was a very nice hotel. The room accomodations were great. The room was large enough for the two of us and plenty of room in the bathroom. Towels were provided daily. I also liked the fact that it was quieter than another hotel we visited downtown. There were more than enough places to dine and I enjoyed the coffee shop the most the buffet was great also. My friend mentioned that she would come back here again and again and we look forward to our next visit - hopefully soon.
