The Peppermill Reno is located between downtown Reno and the convention center which makes for a good centralized location for business and nightlife. The hotel has a great dining selection within the hotel itself so if a night in is what you need then it's all right there at your hotel.

rooms need updating.
The Peppermill is trying very hard to upgrade their guest rooms. We wanted a queen sized bed so we paid a little more to assure ourselves of this feature. However in doing this we stayed in a room that was not as nice as the less expensive rooms,that have been very recently updated. I loved the special treatment I received.

Stein Mart is very close by and certainly well worth going there to shop for clothes and household goods. The convention center is also very close.

I have stayed with the Peppermill in Mesquite, NV before and have always liked it. I found the Peppermill in Reno, NV very much to my liking. the room was nice and large. Though I stayed in the Peppermill Tower I would strongly recommend staying in the Tuscany Towers, VERY NICE. The steakhouse in the Peppermill was great, attentive staff and excellent steak.I would stay there again but next time in the Tuscany Towers

My review of Peppermill Hotel Casino
This is the third visit to this hotel. I was traveling by myself this trip. I felt completely safe and secure as anyone could feel now days. My room was really quite large and the bed was really extra comfortable. Everything was clean and there were plenty of clean towels, etc. The city bus line was direct in front of the hotel/casino. From the restaurant to the food court, the cocktail waitresses, the maids, to the gift shop help, everyone was A+ Very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in the process of a addition/re-model but I did not find any problems related to the construction, etc.

Nice!
The Peppermill was a great hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was great. They have 9 great restaurants that are very fairly priced. The casino has everything anyone could want. I would love to return soon!

Reno Trip
The room was blue and black velvet, the counters were dirty and the bedding and the floors were dirty. I had to pay an additional $65.00 to get a upgarde to the Tuscan tower which was a very nice room but it cost me more money. I would not recommend this hotel.
