Great deal
We stayed in the west annex which was a slight walk from main hotel. The rooms were every nice and clean. The art work in the hotel hallways is over the top , poooly executed imitation of bad ideas. Rdiculously bad. We use the hotel coupons for a free appetizer at the italian themed restuaruant in the casino. The food was excellent as was the service. You need to tell the- waiter you are using the coupon when you order. Two rooms for under $100.00 was very good deal.

Great spot to stay for business
I stayed in the North Wing. I was able to park below in covered parking that was easy to exit and return. The food was good and overall the hotel/casino has a nice atmosphere.

Typical Casino Hotel
We found the Peppermill to be a typical casino hotel. The staff were friendly, there were a half dozen restaurant choices, and plenty of free parking. The rooms were clean with a large flat screen TV. I knew going in there was a "facilities" fee, but I still resent the add on. My biggest complaint was the loud heater/AC. When running, I would have to turn the volume up on the TV. All in all, not a bad place to stay. I got a great rate and would stay here again.

Quick overnight
Just needed a place to stay Thanksgiving night after family dinner and this fit the bill. Clean room and pleasant experience. Look out for the add-on resort fee that you can't get out of, even if you don't use any of the "resort" amenities - this added $13 to the bill at checkout.

Best in Reno
We stayed in tuscany tower. Excellent room. It can not get any better at that price range (below $100). The entire hotel /casino radiates class. Only negative thing is Tuscany tower rooms are far from casino, restaurants and parking... A lot of walking. Our room had a refrigerator which was nothing but a vending machine. It was full of overpriced items. If you pick up an item from it and don't return back with 40 / 45 seconds, you will be charged.

Extra long weekend getaway
Peppermill is always super clean and a good value. This time we stayed in the West Wing and it was pretty far from everything. Watch out for resort fee's and the charged for wired vs wireless internet. Had to argue these and bogus movie charges. Keep an eye on things and push back if something looks wrong and you will have a nice stay.
