Romantic night at the Peppermill
Our first time staying in Reno was a pleasurable one, because of the Peppermill. Very impressed. This hotel has everything (even a steam feature in the shower!). The food was delicious and the sports book is awesome. We definitely will be returning!

The rooms are nice, although there is a snack tray on sensors, if bumped, you bought what went off. no mater if you used it . It is beautiful, other than the north tower, far away. Will stay there a third time, regardless.

Beautiful rooms at the Tuscany
Perfect location for picking up your student from UNR for some family time or just to visit. We ate all our meals, including latte's, at the Peppermill. We especially liked Biscotti's restaurant.

My 2 complains are: 1) the smell of cigarettes is strong and everywhere! Even in the room I sometimes smelled it too; and 2) the snacks and drinks in the room cannot be touched, otherwise they'll charge you. The problem is: How about if you have little kids? Or I accidentally touch something? Other than that, this is a so-so stay. Staffs are quite helpful too.

Plesantly surprised!
This was my first trip tp Reno. I was deciding between the Grand Sierra and the Peppermill Resorts. I made the right choice staying at Peppermill. I booked a room in their Tuscan Tower from 4/6/12 to 4/10/12. . It was large, luxurious, and comfortable. The only minor problem I had was that it didn't have enough lighting for the size of the room and it felt somewhat dark. A little walk required to get to the casino, but not a bother.

A cab ride to the downtown area was pricey for a two mile drive. I checked into public transit and discovered there was a bus stop avaiable directly across the street from the hotel. For a $2.00 fare ($1.00 for seniors, or students), the bus route ends at their downtown terminal, located approx. two blocks from Harrah's. The rapid transit bus made only a few stops and got you downtown, or back to the hotel, in 10 minutes. Exceptional value vs cab, if you don't have a car.

Nice Resort
The Amenities where good and the places to eat were fine, but the buffet has some work that needs to be done. The Friday night seafood buffet was a little expensive for what they served. Don't gamble there very tight slots and poker machines. Card games weren't any better. But over all the Hotel was a good value.

I had upgraded to a spa suite and it was so perfect. The feel of the room was so comfy and felt like home but a vacation at the same time. And the spa tub next to the bed was amazing. The staff was very professional and helpful with anything we needed. I will definitely stay here again!

What a Trip!!
My fiancé and I came up to Reno for my cousins wedding at the peppermill. The wedding was a lot of fun and tasteful. I thought, Reno, wedding, little white trash, but it was awesome! From the minister, open bar :-), the food, it was all really nicely done. After the wedding, obviously we went gambling and all the dealers and pit bosses were very nice and helping. I would definitely come back to the peppermill and stay in the luxury suite again! It's a great value for the room!!
