Budget hotel with pool near Livestock Events Center
Located literally in walking distance of the Livestock Events Center, the Motel 6 Reno Livestock Events Center is the place to stay for a clean room at a value rate when attending events at the facility. Worst hotel stay ever!
I stay at Motel 6 quite often and have never had any real complaints (you get what you pay for right?) This one, however, is a different story. First of all the website says that the rooms are air conditioned but when I got there it was 90 degrees outside and NO AC in the room! The people around me were up all night making noise. One lady was screaming all night and still was when I left at 10 in the morning. There is not much for food around this one and the room smelled like a litter box?? Now I know I'm better off paying less at the motel on the other side of the freeway. This is the most ghetto hotel I have ever stayed at (aside from Fairfield, CA)

go for Carrow's, not Denny's. Staff was nice and food was great.

Reno in mid July with no AC need I say more? O but there is definitely more. The extremely rude woman behind the counter was not only completely uninformed about the operations of her hotel but was not someone who should have a job involving interactions with other humans. O yea and the police were called on some kids in the pool for being too loud. They're kids in the pool in the summer, and you have no AC, and then you call the police. HAHAHA,

it was ok
we got a small room for a small price. it was clean and comfortable. There wree alot of traffic asounds, btu that is what you get for such a main thoroughfare. th ebum harassin me in the parkinglot for money was a turnoff, though...

Never again at This Hotel
If this hotel has been updated I must have missed it. The bathroom was so bad that both my wife and I did not use the shower. The carpet was so dirty that walking in the room with socks on for just one night our socks were black on the bottoms. Never again will we stay at this motel...........

Pretty Ok
Not Bad Motel for a Short stay
Nothing great about the hotel. It is just an ordinary Motel 6, the good thing about this motel it is near to Downtown Reno and Just 1 exit away. So, not a bad deal for the price offered.

great location
the location was great for this visit right down the street from where i needed to be and a great price i asked for two beds and was not a problem just in case a few of the kids wanted to stay one of the nites. it was just the right size for the ocassion.
