be careful of what you sign
Make sure that you actually read everything you're signing at check in. We had reservations for three nights. Upon arriving after two exhausting days on the road my daughter and I signed into our rooms not realizing that the clerk had not confirmed the date of our departure. We left after our three nights, not checking out at the desk. When we arrived home we found that we'd been charged for a 4th night. When it was brought to their attention the customer service immediately went down hill. All they could say was "well you signed it". There are other nice hotels with comfortable beds with good customer service in Reno that don't take advantage of two road weary women.

Great ski weekend
We had a great time at this property. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very spacious. It was nice to come back from a day of skiing and have a hot tub available. The breakfast was great and well maintained.

Great Choice!
We were in town for a track meet. We were looking for somewhere close, quiet, and comfortable. This hotel was perfect- and the service was second to none. The gentleman at the front desk made sure personally that all of our needs were met from waters while we studied in the lobby to fresh cookies. The breakfast was great too!! Had a great stay!!!

Nice Place
Nice place,good amenities,looks like its a newer place, everything was clean, wifi in room a little shaky, treadmills didnt work, other than that, excellent stay.
