Rooms are not comfortable

We were told at check-in that there was a pool party that started at 11PM and ended around 4AM. That there would be alot of noise and therefore the Kingsize bed room would be noisy. We got a room with two small uncomfortable beds and a loud group in the next room. Because of the connecting door we could hear them like they were in our room. It is obvious that the hotel is spending a lot of money in the lobby but they should be working on the rooms.

Hmmm

We stayed in the regular part of the hotel, not the "Summit," because my mom was there for a medical procedure not because of the casino or Hot August Nights. Everything about the fifth floor seemed out-dated and old. The ice machine was broken and we had to go to the 6th floor for that, the towel racks in the room were loose, the tub was clogged, there was no coffee maker in the room, pillows were lumpy, etc. So, we will probably not go there again.

Casino Hotel Experience

The room was comfortable, although the windows do not open and it felt a little stuffy. The elevators took 5-10 minutes to open as the waiting area was packed with people. At dinner, I went to Chevys and ordered an ala carte item and it took 45 minutes to be served my food. I tried 4 times to receive an email through the business center and they had problems with their email service and I never received an important email for my trip.

Staff Don't Care

I wasn't able to sleep with roller coaster sound coming from elevators. I was there for a one night stay over,so sleep before my 10:00am meeting was important.A room change at 2:00 or 3:00am didn't seem like it would of given' me any more sleep, just more stress. The worst part came at check out. When I mention my problem to the front desk agent, his tone was one of indifference. He offered no apology and only said Oh ya the elevator

Dont Bother. Try somewhere else. Theives

Where do I start. 1. Non smoking room STANK of old smoke. Clearly non smoking room not enforced or its in the air con. Putrid. 2. Room complimentaries not changed day 2.?! No new body wash, shampoo etc. Cheap A*%e even for good price. 3. Tiny area for no smokers - a bit like weeing in a pool & not expecting urine to spread the urine to rest of pool. 4. DOGS & Children everywhere. Cafes, poker areas, foyers.... everywhere. Disgusting. 5. Pulled $100.04 out of poker machine which printed .04c receipt. Basically told it was our problem even if they review CCTV and find culprit. No comps or refund offered. Staff RUDE (Hispanic pokie mechanic said to me when I asked about cameras; "Oh really, I never noticed that Miss..." NEVER EVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS STINKY PLACE. RESEARCH AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE CHEAPER AND FAIRER.
