Among the most elegant of Reno resorts, the Eldorado Hotel and Casino offers remodeled rooms and a host of dining and drinking options adjacent to the casino. Entertainment includes production shows and headliners in the Eldorado Showroom, as well as lounge performers at Roxy's and karaoke at the Brew Brothers. Guests enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, Precor-equipped fitness center and a variety of shopping opportunities.
Eldorado Hotel Casino Rooms
- Deluxe - 1 King
- Virginia Tower: This is a deluxe room with one California king bed. It is furnished with a cocktail table and two chairs. These rooms face west, overlooking the pool from the 5th to the 10th floors. Skyline Tower: This deluxe room has a California king bed, a writing table and loveseat which pulls out into a twin bed. The lavatory is larger, and they are equipped with a separate vanity. They are located on floors 5 through 12 and face east and west.
- Deluxe - 2 Queens
- Sierra Tower: This room has two queen beds and a cocktail table with two chairs. They are located in the Sierra Tower, facing south. Skyline Tower: This room is located on floors 5 through 12 of the Skyline Tower. They face east and west, and have a larger lavatory with a separate vanity.
- Player's Spa Suite - 1 King
- These suites, located in the Skyline tower, have everything in one room. The decor is contemporary with neutral, lavender and metallic colors. The suites are adorned with California king beds, Jacuzzi tubs, a small living area, a cocktail table, with two chairs and a pop up television at the foot of the bed.
- Standard - 2 Queens
- This standard room is designed with two queen beds, a small table with two chairs, and is located in the Virginia Tower, facing east and west. This is the only room type that provides a connecting door between some of the rooms.
- Standard - 1 King
- The standard room is a traditional room with one California king bed. It includes a cocktail table with two chairs, and is located in the Sierra Tower, facing north.

Super free upgrade
I had booked an economy room for 1 nite for a friend's wedding. When I arrived my room was not ready. When I checked in 40 minutes later, the desk clerk decided to upgrade me since I was only there for the night. Much to my amazement, I was given a beautiful suite for my stay, with all the amenities.I really appreciated the feeling that my comfort mattered to the staff member and I totally enjoyed my stay.I would definitely book at the Eldorado next time I'm in Reno.

Clean, Neat & Friendly
Our first visit to the Eldorado hotel. We found the staff efficient and friendly The rooms were in good shape and clean. Late evening dining options were limited, with several restuarants being closed. We were there early in the week, so they are probably open later on the weekends. Very happy with our stay.

My review of Eldorado Hotel and Casino
Everything was great fun. The room with the view wasn't such a great view so next time a floor on a higher level would do. The check in was the only disappointment because there was only one desk open for a long time at 3pm and a huge line, not a very nice welcome.

great honeymoon getaway
THE EL DORADO WAS A GREAT HONEYMOON SPOT THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE A HIGH ROLLER EVEN THOUGH I HARDLY GAMBLE. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE WE STAYED FOR 2 NIGHTS BUT LEFT WISHING WE HAD STAYED LONGER

Great Hotel
I liked the hotel because it was centrally located and beside other hotels. The staff was very friendly (front desk, waiters, chamber maids, etc.) and know what they are doing. I used to work in a hotel so I am very picky with cleanliness and I found the hotel rooms and bathroms of El Dorado above my standard. This is a delightful experience.

Great for the Price
The Eldorardo Hotel and Casino, was clean and comfortable. The room was small but I suppose that's what you get for an ecomomy room. The location was very good, very close to the Convention Center.

One of the Best Ever
We have been in casino hotels before and they were never as clean or free of smoke as this one. We were VERY favorably impressed and would stay in this hotel next time we are in Reno.

The staff explained options you had for room service, goodies that were in the room (let us know there would be additional charge if they were removed from a tray they were on. That way, no suprize bill at checkout time. Enjoyed entertainment at all three.

Wonderful
This was a great place to stay. I didn't want to get up and catch my flight I would have preferred to stay in the nice comfortable bed. The staff was super nice to us (my sis and I) and even gave us a buffet. So we went to the buffet expecting old cafeteria style food and found BBQ pork sliders, sushi, fresh pasta bar, smoked salmon, whatever you were looking for they had. The waitress was incredibly friendly and for a buffet waitress who doesn't usually receive a lot of tips I was shocked and left her $20.00 for her kind ways. I would definitely return to the El Dorado and have even told a few friends how nice everyone was and how nice the hotel was. A few years ago we stayed at Harrahs expecting that to be nice but we were wrong.
