Elevator and WIFI

This gonna be a short review. Everything else are okay (average) but elevator and WIFI were just terrible!!! It's normal to wait 20 minutes for a slot in elevator to go down. Some folks had to walk stairs all the way from 23rd floor! WiFi is another HUGE issue. Not just very ancient (one device per room, code needed and throttled to be VERY slow), but extremely unstable. Almost useless. These two issues were just SO BAD. Does not matter everything else, a 2 star rating deserved.

I expected more...

$ 17.60 resort fee for 2 days which I had no use of... Just to name a few...room phone not working, weak wi-fi signal on 10th floor (Sky tower) practically unusable, vending machine on same floor not working. To get in/out of oversize vehicle parking you have to phone security each time because automatic gate is not working. At $ 175.00 plus resort fee I expected more.

Very satisfactory on the basics. Would stay again.

Coffee maker was cheaply designed and broken. Toiletries were inferior. However, I would stay there again. It served its purpose.

Ordinary

This hotel is pretty much ordinary. Some might like it more than me, but it was just a place to stay for me. I was in town for personal business and it served it's purpose. I don't have a feeling either way about recommending it to anyone.
