Reno Event
Not what I was expecting, having never been to Reno before. I was hoping they had a pool but didnt' have a chance to verify that before I left home. Not much of a gambler but liked all the penny and nickle slots. Bed was very soft, maybe too soft. Air conditioning kept shutting off and couldn't get it cold enough in the room, even setting at 66. Food was way worse than I expected. Bad enough that I could go without ever eating Hotel food again, even with a discount. Luckily we had a car so we could find a better place to eat on our own.

Your typical hotel
If you are gong to stay in Reno, this hotel isn't anything special, but it is certainly a deal if you are looking for the basics. We stayed one night and attended a concert at the nearby Knitting Factory on Virginia Street. It was about an 8 minute jaunt from the hotel on foot. The hotel had trouble fiinding my reservation; they found it after about 10 minutes. There was some sort of snafu w/ this particuar travel site! I recommend calling ahead to verify that they received the reservation.

Bring in the clowns.
Check-in; Booked a week ahead, told I 'd have a King bed room, got there early enough that they could have had one----was told "all sold out"----finally with my polite persistance got a king room not in main building and it was the handicapped room which I did not need.. Parking; good, but noticed handicapped parking is not completely ADA compliant---maybe my quick call to U.S. Govt. will change that. Shuttle;one was out of order for most of my stay. The working one had a broken board at the floor of the exit which you trip on and a guy in a wheel chair had to have help to get over it. Mandatory "resort fee" is a ripoff. Bed too Used and non-suportive.

Not a good expirience.
When I booked, I asked for a non smoking, king size bed. When we get there, they put me in a smoking, two queen size bed. I called to the front desk to tell them this and they told me because I used an outside travel agency instead of booking directly through them, nothing was guaranteed. I won't stay there again, nor will I use this site again.

Circus Circus
Overall a good experience. Good Restaurants. Good Entertainment(e.g. Jay Leno and other comedy acts). My wife states the shoppiing was good(not my thing). The hotel connects with 2 other hotels, so you don't really need to leave the premises to find a restaurant. No problem finding a place to gamble. Good shuttle service to the airport. On the negative siide..... Lot's of children on the weekends(didn't bother me, but it may bother others). Room service is a tad slow.

THIS PLACE IS THE DREADFUL
We stayed and bailed fast as possible. Gross, dirty, creepy drug addicts lurking throughout the casinos and the security is the worst I have ever seen.
