One of Reno’s best resorts for families--no clowning around
Sister to the legendary Las Vegas casino, Circus Circus, true to its name, features free performances by classic circus performers from around the world every evening, in addition to a huge carnival packed with skill games. The casino includes a race and sports book, poker room and the truly unique Zany Zone, where adult players can win t-shirts, carnival toys and comps while gaming. Worst Hotel Ever!!!
Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at! Ive stayed at a Motel 6 that was better! The toilet didnt flush, No water pressure in the shower, and The elevator was broken and had a line that stretched back for ever with people trying to get to their rooms. Had to walk up 19 flights of stairs to my room. Couldnt believe that I paid money for a hotel like that! Would of been better off sleeping in my car!

Never again =( leaves a sour taste
The hotel is rundown old and needs to be demolished and rebuilt. At check in the staff (a young lady) was very impatient and bothered that I was interrupting her day. It was loud and noisy in the lobby. I was booked in the "secondary" hotel. Didn't Circus Circus had to separate towers. To get to the tower you have to walk through a parking garage that is remodeled with drywall and carpet. Our room was very out dated and needing a face-lift. The in-room entertainment was lacking very old (1980's) TV with no way to use outside DVD players. Bathroom needs to be redone. Air conditioner was broke when we arrived but fixed after 2 hours. If it wasn't for the close location for the event I attended I would have requested a refund and went to another property.

WASN'T ABLE TO CHECK IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My reservation was set for me to be able to check in @ 8am. Once i arrived the hotel refused to let me check in. I was tired from driving all day and specifically planned my travel around the time of check-in. They told me i had to return in 2 hours. I had my luggage and had to check it in with the bellman untill my room was ready. We also had several problems with the key and had to call security to let us in on several occasions. Overall wasn't pleased with my stay.

Just as bad as it can get
Where to start? 2 of 4 pillow cases stained. Painted nail clippings on the carpet in plain sight. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Matresses were saggy, old, & disgusting. I had to lysol everything before I would walk back into my house.

Bad Service by Circus Circus
My main issue was room was not clean, our of 4 nights I stayed only one day they clean the room. No room service on week days.

Maid in my own hotel room
Not worth the stay
We just wanted a clean room to spend the night. The floor had about an inch of dust built up around the edge of the carpets, the nightstand had dried chocolate that had been there a while. The bathroom had hair and dirt on the floor, the sink was dirty and hair in the tub. I had to clean dried urine on the toilet. The walls were thin and we could hear everyone who walked through the hallway. Beds were so uncomfortable. I called in to verify our reservation and was told check out was 12p.. found out last minute it was 11a. Wish they provided a map of their facility it was very confusing. Frustrating stay.. for the money I would go to Silver Legacy or Harrahs.

The trip cut early
The hotel/casino hospitality was lousy. We left a day early because of that reason.
