Unclean, old hotel for kids.

This was my first time at this hotel. It was extremely unclean. The beds were uncomfortable and old, and I wouldn't even step foot in the shower!! Let me tell you too, that I am not a clean freak myself, but this was gross! I found a pubic hair on one of my towels that I was going to wash my face with. The bed spread stunk and had obviously not been washed any time in the past year. The 24 hour family home cooked restraunt was not open at 12am. When asked, they said sorry, but we have doughtnuts. There was also no manager on site during this time to talk to. Lots of games for kids, but if you are looking for a casino, good food, or if you are there without kids, I do not suggest going.

Very accomodating /easy to work with

We were very pleased with the expedient service at check -in and check-out. No problems whatsoever..this was our second experience and we will go back again. We got the adjoining rooms we requested and on a lower level to accomodate a senior member of our group. All in all it was a great experience. Restaurants were excellent and everything was easy to access.

One Happy Canadian

I was please with the smooth checking in and out .We have stayed in many hotels and the bed and linens exceeded our expectations . we are accustom to smoke free public enviroments and I felt that your hotel tried to enforce that better then the other casio's and hotels in Reno. We enjoyed the skiing at the local mountians and the hotel staff made all the arrangments happen smoothly.

Good Value for the Money

The Circus Circus Hotel overall a Good Hotel. The hotel is a little old, but there has been moderate updates to the rooms. The location is good in the downtown area. The price was very resonable and make this a good value for the money.

Subpar

Price was good, but navigating to the rooms was a congested pain. Would recommend any of the other three hotels the Circus Circus is connected to before staying there again.

especially wth grandkids

The tower rooms are roomy and nicely refurbished. Best thing about CC however, is it,s features for kids. Our grandchildren had a ball. The adult gaming is fun too and where else can you play blackjack while watching contortionist or trapeeze act?

Good Location

Circus Circus has a great location. The hotel is clean and the staff seems very nice. The only thing that I did not like about my stay is that there was not HBO or showtime in the rooms. My biggest complaint would have to be the cafe. The wait was long, their was not enough staff so they took forever to takeour order and serve us our food. Besides that I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again in the future.
