Lacks ease of parking

No matter where you are in the parking structure it is signed as 2 colors and 2 levels...we parked on level 3 red, as we walked toward the elevator it turned into level 5 green, it is very confusing when you come up on a different elevator and you're on 3 blue and 4 yellow...

Excellent food and staff

There was a long line to checkin, but when we finally got to the front the desk person was SUPER! The hotel was very crowded but all the staff we met was very accommodating. The fitness center needed attention and there's no pool. The food in both Dos Geckos and Brews Brothers was excellent.

Never again...

I was thoroughly disappointed with the staff and the state of the room. Once arriving, the bellman told me that he was too busy to take the bags out of the car, gave me a Cary and asked me to sort it out myself. Once I had done that, I began moving the cart, whereby the same bellman told me that I wasn't allowed to do that, and then took the bags up to the room where he proceeded to put his hand out for a tip. He'll be waiting a long time for that one. The beds were SO hard and uncomfortable and the bathroom was not cleaned, and the housekeeping had to come in after I called. When leaving the next day (thank goodness we weren't there any longer than one night!!) it took almost an hour to have a bellman come and pick up the bags (wasnt during a peak time either!) and then took them almost half an hour to bring them to the car. The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. Very disappointed - the photos of the hotel are very deceiving. Be warned - it's not as good as you might think!

Elevator and WIFI

This gonna be a short review. Everything else are okay (average) but elevator and WIFI were just terrible!!! It's normal to wait 20 minutes for a slot in elevator to go down. Some folks had to walk stairs all the way from 23rd floor! WiFi is another HUGE issue. Not just very ancient (one device per room, code needed and throttled to be VERY slow), but extremely unstable. Almost useless. These two issues were just SO BAD. Does not matter everything else, a 2 star rating deserved.

Decent but not fantanstic

The staff was nice, and pleasant. The room itself was average, 2 queen beds, an older tube TV, a decent bathroom with a smallish TV/shower. The room was clean, but the light switch was difficult to find and thus rendering the room a bit dark. The TV was lack-luster, static, and nothing good on, but we didn't go to watch TV. The bathroom was clean, but the shower made a huge mess on the floor, soaking everything. The beds were the only good thing about the hotel. They were soft, comfortable, and clean. The one bad thing about them was that they smelled a bit of smoke, but so did the casino. it was a pain in the butt trying to get to and from the room too. The access to the non-smoking rooms was quite a bit away from the front desk/casino/restaurants. The walls were also paper thin. We could hear the lady next door arguing with her boyfriend about him not helping her in her drunken state. We can also hear when anyone flushed the toilet or used the water. Being a light sleeper, I did not sleep much. Overall, I would not stay here again, unless it was my only option.
