It was only ALRIGHT

We always book at Circus Circus but this was definitely the worst experience we had. We arrived for check in about 10pm Friday night and were exhausted. The person checking us in was not rude, but could have been friendlier. We had to call twice for a fridge. It finally arrived 2 hours later...which was 1230 am. The fridge we recieved could not open, so hotel person stuff a towel under the fridge. We called to complain and finally got a more decent fridge at 2am. The rest of the trip was not too bad.

Good experience for the first time!

Our first time staying at Circus Circus and I must say that it was good for our kid. I think we had more fun at the kids play area than the actual casino for us. I was disappointed at the bed, they were too soft for us. They almost felt like water beds. Not very happy about that at all and the reason I'm giving the hotel three starts instead of four.

Good deal

It was a very good deal for the money and a pretty nice place. The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as most of the other places we had stayed. Parking and finding our room was a little confusing at first maybe that's why the call it Circus Circus. Overall not a bad place it is a good value with all the coupons for food and free play.

Great place to stay!

This hotel was a short walk for those in our group who could walk to the bowling stadium. I was injured just before we came so I relied on the shuttles, which at the start time and end time of bowling there was not enough shuttles to and from the stadium. We had quite a long wait.

Great Location to everything in Reno!

Came to bowl in Men's National Tournament and appreciated all the advertising for this event. The close location to the bowling center made it very easy to walk to our events.

Hour wait for elevator - bathroom dirty!

The first day I was there I complained about LONG BLACK HAIR being all over the bathroom floor. After the maid cleaned the room that day. There was STILL HAIR ON THE FLOOR and a towel left in the middle of the room floor. This just make me think HOW CLEAN IS THE ROOM. How much do they care about their customers when this happens. The buffet food had very little taste to me.

Time-saving tip: In Hotel

Stay on a low floor so you can walk the stairs to your room. I waited over an hour to get on the elevator to check out and each time I went to the room from the ground floor I had to wait in line for 30-45 minutes.

decent hotel getting old and thin walls

Overall, it was a nice hotel. They gave us the handicap rooms because nothing else was available. We requested adjacent rooms but was put on separate floors. Orbitz didn't satisfy our request.
