Good value if you get a good rate.

This hotel is in great location in downtown Reno, it is connected to Silver Legacy and Eldorado casinos via a walkway making all three casinos feel like one. If you are staying Friday or Saturday, make sure you either arrive early (before 2pm) or late (after 7pm) as the checkin counter gets extremely crowded. This casino is targeted towards families with kids, so there will be lots of kids running around. Skip the monorail shuttle, it is crowded, slow, smells bad and you have to wait for it, the walk to the main tower is only about 2 minutes. One thing I did not like about this hotel are the elevators, we always seemed to wait more than 10 minutes and they were extremely full. Overall ok place if you get a good rate, although Silver Legacy next door is a bit nicer. The steakhouse and the sushi place are ok. If you like to dine buffet style, Silver Legacy or Eldorado have much better food and cost only a couple bucks more.

Time-saving tip: In Hotel

You can do the checkout in your room on the TV, saves you about 20 minutes of standing in line at the counter, just leave the keys in your room and you get the receipt by email, very efficient.

Quiet but that was about all

The one Staff member who helped was great. When the soda machine was broken he brought me a drink. But overall it was sort of a dump. Next time, somewhere else for sure.

Circus Circus

My accommodations were close to our purpose for the trip--bowling, but the room was noisy and the bathroom tub had mold around some of the files. The beds were quite worn and flat. The staff was great.

Enjoyable

This was the first time I took a trip on a weekday and was quite impressed with the atmosphere. Also enjoyed the fact that it was not crowded like on the weekends. Didn't become a millionaire but i did have an enjoyable time. I may make many more midweek trips.

Not what i expected

I had been to the casino part ofthis hotel and the game area as well. So i thought it would be a great place to stay. But once i got there, i had requested a non smoking king bedroom and i got stucked with a smoking two queen bedroom. The bathroom was dirty and the beds were done all wrong. No frig or microwave. When i asked to be moved they denied my request. A total waste of money!!!
