Good experience/Hidden cost

Overall the stay was good, very busy due to bowling, softball and basketball tournaments at the same time. The only issue was that the resort fee were not accurate (reservation vs.time of check out). Great place for kids!

Decent, nothing great, but nothing terrible.

Quaint, fine. Nothing fancy, but nothing bad either. We ended up walking to Harrah's and hanging out there alot. It was a cheap room, so price/room value was good.

The Unsatisfactory

Over crowded with 10 and less year olds everywhere. Even in the adult areas. Are they paying the bills? My husband was the suerintendent on the Silver Legacy. Maybe you need to pick up a few pointers from them. Being disabled an out of service tram that no one bothered to tell anyone for over 30 minutes was a bit redicules. And that was done with a billboard. The food was old, the service was poor. It took over 45 minutes to get our drinks after ordering dinner and this was at midnight and the restaurant was not very busy. I could go on and on.....

Tram does not always work. Don't get stuck in the tower. It was clean. Eat else where. Out of the casino our plan on paying a ridiculus amount to get decent food at an overpriced restaurant

Circus Circus

My accommodations were close to our purpose for the trip--bowling, but the room was noisy and the bathroom tub had mold around some of the files. The beds were quite worn and flat. The staff was great.
