Always a "keeper"

we've been staying here for years and years. We've always requested to stay in the main tower. After this last trip, and going through [...], we had to take the sky tower. At first, very disappointed..but in the end..wow..we will never demand the main tower again. So much easier to get in and out of the room to the parking garage. Don't need to walk through the casino, or up and down escalators to get to your room. I suggest, if you have kids and luggage in tow, to try out the sky tower. You will get in and out the place much much quicker. Rooms are always clean. Coffee and hair dryer is standard. Great views, extra towels, fluffy pillows. If you need anything, guest services always comes through. If you have pets, they even offer kennel services, and while in your room, you can tune into the channel that runs cameras to the room where your pet is, so you can check on them at any time. Always a great place to stay when you have kids. The coupons save big bucks! Especially at the buffet..buy one get one free..LOVE IT! Also sign up for their club one account..you'll get comps and more freebies..which is why we always come back!

Nice getaway

We were going to go to Circus Circus midway but it was a little crowded so we went to silver legacy and watched a cover band play, they were pretty good. This is the first time we did not gamble, just hung out with friends and family.

Great last minute deal

The coupons didn't really apply to our itinerary. We were on the tenth floor and we could hear when someone showered, used the toilet and/or sink, etc.

Oh what a circus!

Hotel and casino were great. Beds lacked support and would roll you off the bed if you weren't in the dead center. Food was good but not all restaurants open all the time (steakhouse closed Tuesday and Wednesday). Great slot machines. Very helpful and friendly staff. This was my third stay.

Great for the money

The hotel was a good value. The room was clean and sufficient. The shower actually had good water pressure, which hasn't been the case in other more expensive hotels near-by.We had some rude guests being noisy in the hall, but it quited down quickly. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience. I'm happy when the bed is clean and comforabale and the shower works well. The buffet however was a little expensive compared to others in the area. It was also not the best food. It was okay though. I just liked some of the others in the area better.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

You should definately go to the Lil Nugget for a an Awful Awful burger when your in town. It is one of the best little dives in America. You get a deliicious hamburger and more fries than you could ever eat for about $6, but it is definately a can't miss attraction if you you love a good burger.

3 great days in Circus Circus

When I was at the hotel I would take my daughter to eat the best breakfest and we would head out to the childrens play area my daughter had a blast when shes happy so am I. Yes I felt like something was missing, since I am a single parent I came down to Reno to have some time to my self as well, I just wished there was a baby sitting area that had fun stuff for the children so the parents could go down to the casino and have some fun as well.
